I'm Marquetta, a certified Life and Health Coach,
entrenapuer and business owner
who genuinely believes that every person has the
ability to create a life they feel proud to live.
For nearly three decades, I've had the privilege of serving people in a way that went far beyond my profession. As a salon owner and hairstylist for over 28 years, I discovered that while clients came in for a service, they often left having shared their stories, their struggles, their dreams and the moments that shaped their lives. Sitting in my chair became a place where clients felt safe to be themselves.
Those conversations changed me.
They reminded me that what I loved most wasn't simply helping people look their best-
it was helping them reconnect with who they are, recognize their strengths and their future.
That passion led me to become a Life and Health Coach.
Today, I help individuals who are ready for change but aren't sure where to begin.
